It really is simple and incredibly rewarding! Prior to volunteering with Neighbourhood Network, I don`t recall participating in the community outside of donations related to my business resources from time to time.
As a result of my positive volunteer experiences, I've since allocated more of my time to a variety of great causes. Beyond the rewarding feeling of helping out, I have met some amazing people that otherwise, I wouldn't have had the opportunity to be engaged with. If only for this reason alone, it is well worth the time!
