Learning Disabilities Association of York Region

Volunteers needed as tutors for our ABC`s and 123`s program, assisting children from SK to grade 3 that are having difficulties in school. We ask for a 6 to 9 month commitment to meet once a week for an hour in a public library.

Safehaven Project for Community Living

Saturday Music Program - Aurora location: Need volunteers to come on a regular basis (weekend afternoon) to play guitar or other musical instruments, sing songs, etc. All the children have multiple disabilities and complex medical needs, but respond positively to music.
